Welcome to Q3: Lifeline Contracts Sale (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of digital contract templates offered during the limited-time flash sale. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
This Site is intended for entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Digital Products Offered
During the Legal Lifelines Sweepstakes and/or Contracts flash sale, the following attorney-drafted contract templates are offered for purchase:

Each template is sold individually for $100 USD. These products are provided as one-time digital downloads and are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to templates, copywriting, graphics, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of TMFE Group, LLC and is protected under copyright law. Your purchase grants you a single-use, non-transferable license to use the purchased contract(s) for your own business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or modification for resale is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
These contract templates are drafted by a licensed attorney with 11 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industries and are intended for general business use. However, no legal service or personalized legal advice is provided. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the templates meet your specific needs and comply with local laws and regulations. THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
6. Modifications to the Offer
Jonathan Mputu and/or TMFE Group, LLC reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its offerings at any time without notice

Adjust pricing or availability for future sales
The specific Sweepstakes was valid July 24, 2025 through July 27, 2025, only. It has since expired. The Contracts flash sale is valid through August 6, 2025. Once expired, the products will return to their regular price or be removed from the Site and the Flash Sale will end.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or to cancel purchases or accounts that violate these Terms, involve fraud, or compromise the integrity of the Site.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OF ANY CONTRACT, CONSULTATION, OR RELATED MATERIALS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES TO ANY PARTICIPANT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT PAID BY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR (II) $25. PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Sweepstakes Law Compliance Disclaimer
Jonathan Mputu and/or TMFE Group, LLC (collectively, "Sponsor") has made good faith efforts to comply with all federal and state laws governing sweepstakes and promotional contests, including but not limited to providing a free method of entry, clearly disclosing official rules, and ensuring equal chance of winning. However, Sponsor makes no representations or warranties that participation in this Sweepstakes is appropriate or legally permissible in all jurisdictions, and assumes no responsibility or liability for participants who enter in violation of their local laws. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their entry complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
10. Indemnification
By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or purchasing a discounted contract during any promotional period, each participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Jonathan Mputu, Esq., TMFE Group, LLC, and/or Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, attorneys, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize;

Any breach of these Official Rules or misrepresentation by you;

Any alleged or actual violation of sweepstakes laws, advertising laws, or any applicable regulation by you;

Your misuse, modification, or misinterpretation of any contract or legal resource obtained through the Sweepstakes or discounted purchase;

Any third-party claims resulting from your business actions after using the contract or consultation services.
This indemnification obligation will survive the conclusion of the Sweepstakes and your use of the products or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Site, or any purchase made through the Site, such dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, before a single, neutral arbitrator appointed in accordance with the JAMS Rules.

The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any relief that would be available in a court of law or equity, including injunctive and declaratory relief.

Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees, unless otherwise provided by law or the arbitrator determines that an award of attorneys’ fees is appropriate.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights.
